Dan is focused on and dedicated to serving the needs of real estate buyers and sellers in Santa Barbara county with a high level of professionalism. He takes pride in insuring that his clients’ real estate transactions go smoothly and pleasantly.  Dan believes that maintaining a high level of ethics in business conduct and a good reputation with his clients and fellow REALTORS® are requirements for success in real estate.

Being born and raised in Santa Barbara, Dan understands the area and lifestyle of its residents as well as the architecture. He has lived in Ventura and Ojai, and is a graduate of Nordhoff high school. Dan attended Clackamas College in Oregon and graduated with a professional license and degree in telecommunications. He has worked in the telecom industry since college, and has owned two businesses.

In 2003 Dan received his real estate sales license and started out working in Ventura county. He has attended Real Estate Practice and Real Estate Law classes at Santa Barbara City College.
